Job summary

Bank of America in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Customer Service/Client Associate to greet clients in the lobby and guide them to self-service options such as mobile and online banking and ATMs.

You will accurately process cash transactions, engage clients in meaningful conversations about financial goals, and connect them with suitable banking solutions. This role requires customer focus, reliability, and flexibility to work weekend hours.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree or business-related associate degree preferred or in progress.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and client-service skills.
  • Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence.
  • Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  • Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drives the client experience.
  • Manages cash responsibilities.
