Relationship Banker/ Sr. Relationship Banker - Walnutport

The position involves providing exceptional client service both in person and over the phone, developing and expanding client relationships, and offering financial solutions tailored to client needs. The role includes cross-training to support teller transactions as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle client maintenance requests, resolve problems, and perform sales functions regarding deposit, credit, and other product lines.
  • Meet or exceed client service and sales targets by promoting products and developing relationships.
  • Support team sales efforts through consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.
  • Participate in leadership routines and enhance sales and product knowledge through training and meetings.
  • Advise on consumer lending options and process loan applications.
  • Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  • Ensure a consistent client service experience, including greeting clients, conducting transactions, and assisting them within the branch.
Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of client sales and service experience
  • Experience in sourcing new clients and building relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with basic computer applications
  • Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to multi-task, travel as needed, and work flexible hours including weekends
Preferred
  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with deposit, credit, and retirement products
