Position Overview

The role involves providing exceptional client service both in person and over the phone, developing and expanding client relationships, and offering financial solutions tailored to client needs. The position includes supporting teller transactions as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Handle routine client requests, resolve problems, and perform sales functions related to deposit, credit, and other banking products.
2. Contribute to meeting client service and sales targets by promoting products and services.
3. Engage in consultative conversations and refer complex client needs to specialists.
4. Participate in all community bank leadership routines.
5. Enhance sales techniques and product knowledge through training and meetings.
6. Advise on consumer lending options and process loan applications.
7. Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
8. Provide a consistent client service experience, including handling teller transactions and assisting clients within the branch.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience sourcing and building client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Compliance with SAFE licensing within 30 days
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree or higher
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in sales and bank operations
