Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, ATM).
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions.
  • Engage in deep conversations with clients to understand financial and life priorities and connect them to suitable solutions.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to laws and regulations.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  • Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree.
