Job summary

Sterling Search Partners is seeking recent bachelor’s degree graduates for an entry-level role in personal and business banking in Birmingham, Alabama. This position provides hands-on training and exposure to client-facing banking activities.

You'll conduct conversations to understand client needs, assist with account setup, onboarding, and daily banking operations, and you'll learn to connect clients with specialists for additional services within a professional, mentoring environment.
