Qualifications

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed as appropriate for jurisdiction.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales with a personal customer experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Takes a lead in proactively engaging with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and opportunities.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments identifying financial solutions and preferred banking channels.
• Offers advice on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy and fast.
• Supports customer transactions needs based on customer traffic.
• Engages customers to grow BMO’s business by building new relationships within the community.
