Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to four years retail banking experience or related training.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new platforms and technology.
• Knowledge of bank policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Assess and address banking needs; educate clients on deposits and loans.
• Originating and closing consumer loans; opening and/or closing accounts.
• Process customer and account information in compliance with regulations.
