Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field is desirable.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Knowledge of retail investments and lending products.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs-based assessments with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and opportunities.
• Engage customers to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels; recommend tailored solutions for sales and service needs.
• Advise on digital and self-serve options to make banking easier and faster.
• Support customer transactions and participate in branch and market collaboration to grow relationships.
• Apply risk management framework and comply with lending policies and procedures.
• Make credit recommendations for personal lending transactions, including home financing, in line with bank policies.
• Collaborate with branch and market teams and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
