The role emphasizes building relationships, solving problems, and helping members reach their financial goals through personalized service, financial guidance, and collaborative teamwork across branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, banking, or financial services.
• Ability to build trust and develop relationships through meaningful member conversations.
• Ability to identify financial needs and recommend relevant products, services, and solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process transactions, account maintenance, and lending activities accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a regulated environment.
• Must obtain Notary status within 3 months of hire.
