Qualifications

• Ability to successfully register with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Opens new consumer and business accounts, including fiduciary products and loans.
• Maintains relationships and focuses on loan/deposit retention.
• Performs account and loan maintenance and processes documentation.
• Conduct outbound calls to develop or retain lending and deposit relationships.
• Resolves member issues by coordinating with other departments.
