Wintrust is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker to build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using financial knowledge to tailor product and service solutions across our community banking network in Chicago and surrounding areas.

You will open and maintain accounts, assist customers with digital products, and coordinate with Mortgage and Wealth Management teams to address complex needs, while upholding strong risk controls and exceptional service standards.

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Recognizing potential fraud and other risks
• Depending on the shift, you might be responsible for bank opening/closing

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $22.00 - $28.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
