Location: 118 Western Blvd., Jacksonville, North Carolina, 28546

Position Overview: This role involves developing proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent will execute branch leads, handle customer transactions, and identify opportunities for sales or referrals, adhering to all policies and core values. Flexibility to work at various locations within the market is expected.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Promoting sales through greeting customers, identifying needs, and leveraging leads.
  2. Making product and service recommendations, including digital offerings.
  3. Maintaining data quality in branch systems.
  4. Performing routine operational tasks, including teller transactions.
  5. Participating in other projects as assigned.

All employees are responsible for risk management and compliance with laws and company policies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • No prior experience required
