Job Description

The Relationship Banker II at Regions is responsible for engaging with customers and prospects to assess their financial needs and offering suitable products, services, and guidance to help achieve their financial goals. This role is ideal for candidates with retail or sales experience interested in career growth within banking.

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Conduct outbound calls to expand and acquire customer relationships
• Educate customers on Regions' products, including loans, deposits, and digital banking solutions
• Promote emerging banking technology to enhance customer experience
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service, including greeting customers and processing transactions
• Resolve customer issues and refer complex needs to specialists
• Follow all banking policies, procedures, and legal regulations, managing operational risks

This position requires tracking hours for overtime, is incentive-eligible, and registration with NMLS is required.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Ability to handle cash transactions
• Effective communication skills in person, phone, and electronic channels
• Proficiency with computers and sustained attention to monitors
• Ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Life Insurance License
• One year of cash handling, banking, or customer service experience
