Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to expand and acquire customer relationships.
• Educate customers on Regions’ products, services, and digital banking solutions.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions.
• Resolve customer issues and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays, handle cash, and communicate effectively in various channels
• Proficient with computers and able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 20 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Life Insurance License
• One year of relevant experience

Additional Details

This position may require relocation within a 30-minute commute, and is eligible for overtime and incentive pay. Registration with NMLS is required.
