Job summary

TD Bank US is seeking a banking professional at our Mount Pleasant location who will cultivate and sustain client relationships by delivering personalized banking solutions and mortgage guidance. You will acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships through consultative conversations and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship-building capacity.
• Must be able to travel same day to multiple work locations within a designated area.
• Prior banking experience (teller/platform/relationship banking) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and confidently to diverse clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active NMLS registration; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth for the bank location by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Deliver consultative guidance and needs-based product recommendations.
• Engage clients across walk-in, appointment, and outbound opportunities with strong follow-through.
