Job Description

The Relationship Banker II is responsible for engaging with customers and prospects to assess their financial needs and offering suitable products and advice to help meet their financial goals. This role is ideal for candidates with retail or sales experience seeking career growth and development.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and recommending Regions' solutions
  • Make outbound calls to expand and acquire customer relationships
  • Educate customers on banking products, services, and digital solutions
  • Ensure a consistent, excellent customer experience, including greeting and transaction processing
  • Resolve customer issues and refer complex needs to specialists
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, including operational risk management

This position may require tracking hours exceeding 40 per week and is eligible for overtime and incentives. Registration with NMLS is required.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Cash handling ability
  • Effective communication skills in person, phone, and electronic channels
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
