Bank Midwest in Ottawa is seeking a Relationship Banker II who will build and maintain client relationships while delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for educating clients on banking products and managing detailed paperwork effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and ideally a bachelor’s degree, along with at least one year of sales experience. This position offers a dynamic work environment with flexible scheduling and room for growth.
As a Relationship Banker II, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, communicate effectively, handle detailed work accurately, and maintain guidelines and policies. You will also provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience, demonstrate knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, and assist other departments as needed while treating all with respect and consideration.

This role is eligible to participate in a scorecard-based incentive plan, which can significantly increase your overall compensation. Incentives are earned quarterly based on the associate’s performance against the defined metrics as outlined in the score card.
