Blackwellnow is seeking a Relationship Banker I in Oklahoma to foster strong relationships with customers and provide a range of personal banking services. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, cross-selling products, and ensuring accurate account handling and loan processing.

Responsibilities include advising on consumer loans, opening and closing accounts, and maintaining compliance with BSA/CIP requirements while working with a team to achieve branch goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures, business communications, and regulations.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, customers and the public.
• Ability to maintain simple written correspondence.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospective customers.
• Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Assist with opening and closing accounts and related research to comply with BSA/CIP.
• Advise on consumer loan products and process loan applications in the underwriting system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet branch goals.
• Handle teller functions and basic branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
