Job summary

The role requires cash handling, loan and deposit product knowledge, and the ability to cross-sell while maintaining regulatory awareness. You will assist with ITM usage, balance cash recyclers, and support marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR two years of similar work experience.
• Six months cash handling experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work outside regular hours.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong relationships with customers and projects a positive professional image of BankPlus.
• Sells and cross-sells bank products by assessing customer needs and product benefits.
• Performs relationship banker transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educates customers on ITM and digital solutions such as mobile and online banking.
• Ensures ITM and cash recyclers are balanced and maintained.
• Opens deposit accounts and completes account servicing tasks as requested.
• Supports marketing efforts and engages in outside customer calls.
• Participates in community activities to generate new customer leads.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products, policies, and regulatory issues and completes compliance training.
