You will process transactions, build relationships, educate customers on digital banking tools, and support teammates to resolve inquiries. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities within Regions, with overtime eligibility and incentive plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line, handling deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller transactions.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill servicing requests (cards, changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develop relationships and stay informed about customer relationships with the bank.
• Educate customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist branch and teammates to resolve customer problems and refer to internal experts when needed.
• Follow bank processes, manage operational risks, and help meet branch targets.
• Possibly conduct outbound calls to educate customers about technology and financial needs.
