Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Process transactions and assist with basic servicing requests.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about the customer’s banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Support branch team to resolve customer issues and refer complex needs.
• Follow bank procedures and manage operational risks.
• Contribute to achieving branch targets and sales goals.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on new technology.
