Job summary

As a frontline ambassador, you’ll educate clients on products and digital tools, handle multiple tasks, and refer complex needs to partners as appropriate. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hospitality ambassador for the location, guiding client flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Deliver accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships by identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions, and refer to specialists as needed.
• Evaluate client issues with standard procedures and escalate non-standard cases internally.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic banking products to advise on solutions.
• Maintain compliance and protect client information during all transactions.
