Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships by meeting customers face to face and providing banking counsel that meets their financial goals. The role includes assessing customer needs, handling deposits and loans, and opening/closing branch accounts.

The position requires NMLS registration, a high school diploma, and up to four years of related retail banking experience, with bilingual ability preferred. This role is based at a U.S. Bank location.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with registration requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than four years job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
• Bilingual Mandarin Chinese & English or Spanish & English preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet face to face with customers to provide banking counsel
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and information
• Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and manage branch openings/closings
