Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years job related experience.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to current and potential customers, processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and responds to customer inquiries in an efficient, timely and courteous manner.
• Responsible for opening and servicing all retail and business deposit accounts, offering consumer loan solutions, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Understands and adheres to all operational, compliance and audit procedures. Comply with laws and compliance regulations to ensure customers and bank are protected.
• Knowledge of consumer loan process and compliance regulations. Has the ability to complete and underwrite personal loan applications. Able to identify past due loans and collect payment on delinquent loans.
• Regularly opens new accounts which include checking, savings, business, and CD/IRAs. Actively looks for opportunities to cross sell products and services including making referrals to meet customer's needs.
• Regular, reliable attendance is required.
