Job summary

TD Bank is hiring a Retail Banker I in Pawtucket, RI. This role acts as a customer liaison to deliver the TD Brand promise using financial expertise and consultative advice to assist customers with their banking needs.

The position involves building relationships, identifying TD solutions to help customers meet their financial goals, and guiding them through the full range of banking products and services while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ years' experience working with customers and or sales in any capacity or equivalent demonstrated through any of the following: volunteering, education, military experience preferred.
• Teller experience preferred
• Must be able to complete teller training upon hire to take customer transactions
• Demonstrated ability to engage in customer conversations while educating them on products and services preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Notary License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Delivers Legendary experience by helping customers, building relationships, and delivering service and advice
• Engages in conversations with customers about loan products, facilitates the application intake
• May perform teller transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures
