• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering personal and professional service across all products.
• Open new accounts and ancillary products; handle routine inquiries and transactions with accuracy.
• Promote and cross‑sell products and services through active participation in sales campaigns and community events.
• Process a variety of deposits, withdrawals, loans, and other transactions while adhering to bank policies and maintaining cash drawer accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and account issues promptly and in accordance with bank procedures.
• Support team members by mentoring and sharing product knowledge to improve overall customer experience.
