Responsibilities of a Relationship Banker I:
  1. Build and maintain client relationships.
  2. Communicate effectively to motivate and respond to client needs.
  3. Handle detailed work accurately and efficiently within established guidelines.
  4. Adhere to policies and guidelines while working with clients and team members.
  5. Provide exceptional service, develop relationships, and introduce clients to banking products and digital solutions.
  6. Demonstrate knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, and offer financial and credit services.
  7. Assist other departments as needed, building rapport with clients and colleagues.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in banking, cash handling, or financial services.
  • At least 6 months of successful sales experience.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about educating clients on banking products and technology.
  • Strong work ethic, analytical thinking, multitasking, and proficiency with computer systems.
  • Ability to perform calculations related to banking transactions.
