Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma.
• Requires previous banking and/or sales experience.
• Pursuant to the SAFE Act, all Relationship Bankers must maintain NMLS registration; active registration required upon employment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with exceptional service to build relationships.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored bank products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to other lines of business as appropriate.
• Open and manage a variety of accounts and assist with account maintenance.
• Provide support for online banking and digital tools; ensure secure, accurate transactions.
