• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition in a bank location through walk-ins and outreach.
• Engage clients with purposeful discovery to uncover needs and priorities.
• Explain options clearly, including benefits and risks, in simple terms.
• Deliver personalized solutions and next steps, connecting to products or services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure risk/compliance adherence.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

1+ years of client-facing experience

Teller or cash-handling experience

Experience educating clients on products/services

Clear communication with clients and colleagues

Multi-tasking in fast-paced environment

Ability to obtain NMLS registration

Notary License preferred
