In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for members across a variety of banking needs, balancing service, financial guidance, and relationship building. You’ll work across both teller and platform responsibilities, creating a seamless experience while identifying solutions that help members succeed financially.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong member service skills with financial services knowledge and a genuine desire to help people. The most successful candidates are adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You should also be comfortable shifting priorities throughout the day, moving between service, sales, lending, and operational responsibilities based on member needs.
