North Dallas Bank and Trust Co. in Dallas, TX seeks a Relationship Banker to grow customer relationships by delivering consultative financial solutions and exceptional service.

You will manage deposits, consumer and small business accounts, and collaborate with partners to deepen relationships and drive revenue. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is service-oriented, and comfortable learning products, with banking hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and occasional Saturdays.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training with two years retail banking sales experience or two years in a relationship sales role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills – in person and over the phone – with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and grow customer relationships by delivering a consistent, high-quality, relationship-based service experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly and accurately, taking ownership through resolution and escalating complex issues when appropriate.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate products and services; identify opportunities to deepen relationships through referrals to internal partners.
• Open and maintain consumer and small business accounts, including deposits and certificates of deposit, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and a smooth onboarding experience.
• Process non-real estate consumer loan applications and closings in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.

Educación
