Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Proficient computer skills, typing, and sustained monitor attention.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling transactional needs (deposits, withdrawals, payments).
• Answers inquiries regarding products/services and fulfills basic servicing requests (cards, PIN resets, checks).
• Develops relationships with customers and remains informed about their banking relationship.
• Educates customers on standard products and digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Assists team with basic tasks to aid customer problem resolution.
• Refers customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
• Follows bank processes and ensures sound banking practices and risk reporting.
