Job Description:

This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately processing cash transactions and having in-depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their financial goals.

Additional Details:

This position is open across the entire market, with specific location based on business needs. Training will occur at one financial center, with potential relocation to another within a reasonable commute, subject to legal considerations.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
  • Follow established processes and guidelines, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Expand business knowledge and network by collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively

  • Manage cash responsibilities
