Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers, identifying financial needs and tailoring product recommendations.
• Collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect customers to experts.
• Open accounts and perform account maintenance; assist customers with digital products.
• Recognize potential fraud and other risks; ensure customer and bank security.
• Open/close bank branches as required by shift schedules.
• Support community and bank events as needed.
