Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Asking personalized questions to convert transactions and service requests into cross-sell conversations.
• Calling leads, visiting businesses to offer workplace banking, and developing referral networks.
• Achieving daily performance metrics while balancing priorities.
• Learning processes like transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation to industry standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
