About the Role

As a Relationship Banker, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals. Your responsibilities include providing tailored solutions for banking, lending, and investment products while delivering exceptional customer service. You will proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling services, resolve issues, and educate them on digital banking tools. Collaborating with team members, you will drive branch sales targets and contribute to the bank's overall success. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross-selling banking products and services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet their financial needs.
  3. Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calls, and community engagement.
  4. Meet the financial needs of customers, including transactional and servicing needs.
  5. Provide personalized, seamless, and attentive service to ensure an elevated customer experience.
  6. Address customer concerns promptly to foster loyalty.
  7. Engage customers via digital platforms and educate them on self-service options.
  8. Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and overall performance.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Business Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in incentive-based environments or 12+ months in retail banking or financial services sales with proven success.
  • Customer service experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and a professional image.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and technology.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
