Job Description

As a Relationship Banker, you will deliver an exceptional experience to Chase customers by managing and growing relationships, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. You'll promote self-service options to enhance access to accounts 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with a customer-first attitude
• Manage assigned customers, proactively meet with them in person and over the phone, and build lasting relationships
• Engage, educate, and establish trust with customers by asking open-ended questions and listening
• Connect customers to technology and financial solutions using a consultative approach
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to deliver integrated solutions
• Partner with Specialists (Financial Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) for specialized financial needs

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail banking sales, financial services sales, or related roles, with proven success in client acquisition and relationship development
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Licenses: Securities Industry Essential (SIE), FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses (must be obtained within 180 days if unlicensed)
• Ability to operate within risk and compliance standards, including training completion
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone, with ability to tailor product features to customer needs
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military experience
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Confidence in sharing product knowledge and solutions with clients
• Experience with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
