Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Financial Center Associate in Torrance, CA to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on transactions, and guide financial decisions.

You will process cash transactions, build client relationships, and collaborate with specialists to meet client goals while upholding risk and operational standards.

This role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and the ability to work weekends or extended hours in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team and clients.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products preferred.
