Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a friendly, client-focused Financial Services Associate to educate lobby clients on self-service banking and assist with transactions. You will process cash, engage customers, and guide them to solutions that meet their financial goals while upholding bank policies.

The role emphasizes relationship building, effective communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Weekend/Early shift availability may be required to support branch operations and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated 1 year of sales experience in a salary+incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service banking (mobile/online banking, ATM).
  • Accurately process cash transactions for clients.
  • Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs and goals.
  • Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements in daily activities.
  • Develop knowledge of financial services through collaboration with specialists.

Responsibilities
  • This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Having deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of the financial and life priorities and connecting clients to solutions that meet the financial goals.
  • Executing the bank's risk culture and striving for operational excellence.
  • Building relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  • Following established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Growing business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Driving the client experience.
  • Managing cash responsibilities.

  • Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Efficiently manages time and capacity.
  • Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.
