Job Overview

The Relationship Banker provides financial and account services confidently and professionally, handling member requests such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and new account openings. The role involves cross-selling and supporting the branch operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service in accordance with credit union standards
• Perform teller duties accurately and efficiently
• Assist members with account management and resolve inquiries or issues
• Support loan applications and explain loan options (NMLS required)
• Promote products and develop new business opportunities
• Represent the credit union professionally and maintain confidentiality
• Achieve sales goals and participate in team efforts
• Stay informed about products, policies, and financial trends
