Position Title: Relationship Banker

Position Overview:
This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads under the guidance of the Manager, consistently handling customer transactions, and identifying opportunities to convert transactions into sales or referral leads. The incumbent must adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. The role may require working at various locations within the market.
Primary Responsibilities:
Promote the sales process by greeting customers, identifying their service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and making outbound calls. Make appropriate product and service recommendations, including cross-selling. Achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
Use FNB approved branch technology to input and maintain accurate data for all referrals, customers, and applicants. Manage the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer banking standards.
Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other operational tasks following established policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
All employees are responsible for understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risks encountered daily, as part of F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.

Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proficiency in personal computer usage and software such as MS Word (Basic) and MS PowerPoint (Basic), sales and customer service experience, knowledge of banking policies and consumer products.
Licenses/Certifications:
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but not mandatory.
