Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service is a plus.
• Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Capable of working independently within a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service focus.
• Basic computer skills: internet navigation, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers with a friendly approach and resolving needs with prompt, accurate information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and teammates.
• Process bank transactions accurately and securely, including deposits, withdrawals, money orders, checks, and other banking instruments.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault balancing.
• Follow regulatory requirements and complete assigned training.
• Promote bank products and services using established procedures.
• Participate in culture initiatives and team success activities.
• Represent the bank well in the community.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
