Under the direct supervision of Branch Management, this role is responsible for recommending Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects. The role involves identifying, expanding, and deepening customer relationships through profiling and recommending appropriate deposit and lending products and services. Providing exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate processing of transactions and fulfilling service requests is essential. The role also supports the operational integrity of the branch and requires the ability to use and demonstrate all customer channels, including digital technology. Achieving individual and branch team goals is expected. Flexibility to work across multiple branch locations may be required to meet customer and branch needs.

This position requires a credit check in accordance with 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.

The role operates in full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act requirements. The candidate must submit required information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain registration as directed by the S.A.F.E. Act.

The responsibilities include:

• Recommending bank products to new and existing customers following the company's sales process and accurately following established procedures. Identifying customer needs and referring them to appropriate business partners within and across lines of business.

• Opening deposit and loan accounts, verifying and processing account changes, answering customer questions, and resolving account issues. Understanding sales, products, benefits, account ownership, forms, and procedures. Ensuring proper processing of new accounts and pursuing cross-sell opportunities.

• Maintaining proficiency and accuracy in Teller operations, performing all teller-related transactions, and exceeding customer expectations.

• Assisting the Bank Manager and acting as a mentor and trainer for other Bankers. Participating in community and business functions to promote a positive image of the bank.

• Handling opening or closing of retail bank operations, including routine functions like ATM balancing and servicing.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience. Required

Experience: 2-4 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience. Required

2-5 years in a sales and goal-oriented environment with a strong customer service focus. Preferred

Licenses and Certifications: Other Banker Certification required by start date. Required

Pay range: $17.00 - $27.58 per hour.
