Job summary

Bank of Ann Arbor in Howell, MI is seeking a New Accounts Representative to build long-term client relationships in person and by phone. You will understand clients' financial needs and advise with appropriate product recommendations or referrals to specialists.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills, which includes the ability to use a keyboard, ten-key pad and basic capability to access information contained within bank wide systems.


• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of bank clients.


• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
