Position Details

Title: Relationship Banker

Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment

Position Overview

This position involves developing proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. Responsibilities include executing branch leads, handling customer transactions, and identifying opportunities for sales or referrals, in accordance with FNB policies and values. The role may require working at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote sales through greeting customers, identifying their needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
• Make recommendations for banking products and services, including digital offerings.
• Maintain accurate data for referrals, customers, and applications using approved technology.
• Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other tasks.
• Complete related duties and projects as assigned.
• Serve as a risk manager by understanding and reporting risks as per company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws and internal procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• No prior experience required
• Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented; proficiency in MS Word (Basic), MS Excel (Intermediate), MS PowerPoint (Basic); knowledge of banking policies and sales skills.
• Licensure: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but not required.
