Key duties include

• driving growth through active promotion and sales of bank products and services
• deepening client relationships via excellent service and tailored advice
• identifying opportunities for referrals to other banking lines such as mortgage, wealth, and business banking
• conducting regular outreach to clients and prospects with customized financial solutions
• supporting a sales-focused culture by coaching team members
• supporting operational tasks like teller functions, compliance, risk management, and audit controls

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller, proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce, and compliance with banking regulations.
