You will proactively identify banking needs, promote products, and provide personalized advice while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across the team in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and product knowledge skills.
• No specific licensing required, but compliance with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act is necessary.
