Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated client-facing associate to educate clients in the lobby and guide them to self-service banking platforms such as mobile, online banking and ATM.

You will handle cash transactions, build relationships, and understand clients' financial goals to connect them with suitable solutions, including weekends and extended hours at various centers.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
• Have deep conversations with clients to gain in‑depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their financial goals.
