Position Details

Position Title: Relationship Banker

Business Unit: Retail

Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment

Position Overview

This position involves developing proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent executes branch leads, handles customer transactions, and identifies sales or referral opportunities, adhering to all policies and core values. Work locations may vary within the market.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Promote sales through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
  • Recommend and cross-sell bank products and services.
  • Achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
  • Incorporate digital products into customer interactions.
  • Use approved technology to maintain data quality for referrals and customer relationships.
  • Perform routine operational duties including teller transactions.
  • Complete other assigned duties and projects.
  • Serve as risk managers by understanding and reporting risks.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements

Education: High School or GED

Pay Range: $18.53 - $30.89
