Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated Financial Center Associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate them about transactions, and guide them to appropriate services. You will handle self-service resources and cash transactions with accuracy, while building relationships that align with clients' financial goals.

You will collaborate with experts across lending and investments, manage center traffic and appointments, and uphold the bank's risk culture and operational standards.

• Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources
• Accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed
• Having deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of financial and life priorities
• Connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
• Executing the bank's risk culture and striving for operational excellence
